Håg Privacy Policy

Håg is built to be a private place to think. It has no Håg account, no ads, no analytics SDKs and no tracking. We do not sell or share your data.

What Håg stores

Your tasks, notes, plans, focus sessions and reviews are stored locally on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, that data is stored in your own private iCloud account (CloudKit) so it can sync between your devices. We have no access to it.

Håg does not have a backend that receives your content.

Data we do not collect

• No account, email address or sign-up
• No advertising identifiers, ad networks or ad profiles
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• No sale or sharing of personal data with data brokers

Apple Intelligence and on-device processing

On supported devices, Håg can use Apple Intelligence and Apple's on-device frameworks to summarise your week, group tasks and suggest a plan. This processing happens on your device. If Apple Intelligence is unavailable on your device, Håg simply shows the same information without generated text.

Photos and camera (OCR)

If you add an image in Brain Dump, Håg reads the text on the image using on-device text recognition. The recognised text becomes your task or note. The image itself is not stored by Håg and is not uploaded anywhere.

Dictation

Dictation uses Apple's speech recognition through the system keyboard or the system speech APIs. Håg keeps only the resulting text. Audio is not stored by Håg and is not sent to us.

Calendar

Calendar access is optional and read-only. If you allow it, Håg shows your existing events in the planner so you can plan around real commitments. Håg does not create, edit or delete events and does not copy your calendar off your device.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and scheduled locally on your device. Håg does not use push notifications from a server.

Deleting your data

You can delete all Håg data at any time from Settings → Delete all data in the app. This permanently removes local data, and iCloud data if sync is enabled. Deleting the app also removes local data. Because we never receive your content, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Support requests

If you contact us through the support form on samladit.se, we receive the message and the email address you provide so we can reply. Support messages are handled separately from the app and are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence at any time.

Your rights

You control your data directly in the app: view it, edit it, export what you need and delete all of it. For questions about privacy, or to request deletion of support correspondence, contact us.

Children

Håg is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
