Användarvillkor för LapiGo
1. Om tjänsten
LapiGo är en iOS-app från Pihlanen som skapar löprundor med AI och guidar dig med röstnavigering. Genom att använda appen godkänner du dessa villkor.
2. Licens
Du får en personlig, icke-exklusiv licens att använda LapiGo för privat bruk på Apple-enheter du äger eller kontrollerar.
3. LapiGo Pro (prenumeration)
LapiGo Pro säljs som auto-förnyande prenumeration (månads- eller årsvis) via App Store, med 7 dagars gratis provperiod för nya prenumeranter. Betalning dras via ditt Apple-konto. Prenumerationen förnyas automatiskt om den inte sägs upp minst 24 timmar före periodens slut. Du hanterar och säger upp prenumerationen i dina App Store-inställningar. Priser visas i appen före köp.
4. Säkerhet vid löpning
Rutterna genereras automatiskt och kan innehålla vägar som är olämpliga eller trafikerade. Du ansvarar själv för din säkerhet: följ trafikregler, var uppmärksam på omgivningen och använd sunt förnuft. Röstguidningen är ett hjälpmedel, inte en ersättning för egen bedömning. Rådgör med läkare innan du påbörjar ny fysisk träning om du är osäker på din hälsa.
5. Ansvarsbegränsning
Appen tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi garanterar inte att rutter, distanser eller navigering alltid är felfria. I den utsträckning lagen tillåter ansvarar Pihlanen inte för skador som uppstår vid användning av appen. Inget i dessa villkor begränsar rättigheter du har enligt tvingande konsumentlagstiftning.
6. Otillåten användning
Du får inte dekompilera, vidaredistribuera eller missbruka appen eller dess tjänster.
7. Ändringar och upphörande
Vi kan uppdatera appen och dessa villkor; väsentliga ändringar meddelas via denna sida med nytt datum. Vi kan avsluta tjänsten med rimligt varsel.

Terms of Use for LapiGo (English)
1. The service
LapiGo is an iOS app by Pihlanen that generates running routes with AI and guides you with voice navigation. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use LapiGo for private purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
3. LapiGo Pro (subscription)
LapiGo Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) through the App Store, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
4. Running safety
Routes are generated automatically and may include roads that are unsuitable or busy. You are responsible for your own safety: follow traffic rules, stay aware of your surroundings, and use common sense. Voice guidance is an aid, not a replacement for your own judgment. Consult a doctor before starting new physical exercise if you are unsure about your health.
5. Limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that routes, distances, or navigation are always error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Pihlanen is not liable for damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
6. Prohibited use
You may not decompile, redistribute, or misuse the app or its services.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
