SobrTime — Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SobrTime, an app published under samladit(collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access them by means other than the interfaces and instructions provided, or interfere with their operation.

Purchases and subscriptions

Where applicable, all purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store. Refunds, billing inquiries, and subscription management are handled directly by Apple according to their terms. samladit does not have access to your payment information.

Intellectual property

The Services and all content, software, and materials they contain are the property of samladit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. samladit does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, samladit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
